Your world runs on a mix of caffeine and high-pressure, high-stress situations. But while that stress used to motivate you, now it depletes your energy, clouds your thinking, and leaves you second-guessing your decisions—even when you know what you’re doing.
You’re striving for a promotion but are feeling unsure of your ability to reach that next level. And if you do get the role, will you have to sacrifice even more of your time, energy, and already restless sleep? *Gulp*
You’re struggling with imposter syndrome and worry everyone is on the brink of figuring out you’re a fraud. (Will today be the day?!) You’re a pro at what you do … So why are you still doubting yourself?
You’re jumping to react instead of pausing to respond, especially during meetings. You wish you could take a breath and form a more grounded reply, but quick reactions always escape you. *Cue the 3:00 am conversation replays in your mind.*
You’re successful on paper, but secretly wonder, “Is this really what I signed up for?” More than anything, you want to actually enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
(Hint: The key is knowing how to work with your nervous system
instead of overriding it.)
Do Stress Better™ is my proprietary method built for high achievers who are tired of white knuckling their way through success.
It's a science-backed, body-based approach that helps you stay calm, clear, and grounded—even when the stakes are high.
And I get it. That probably feels terrifying—almost impossible—when every day slaps new and urgent pressures on your desk.
But it’s only in slowing down that you can learn to hear and understand what your nervous system is trying to tell you.
When you get this right, stress no longer hijacks your well-being. Instead, you can lead and live from a more empowered, regulated place.
You go for that promotion, knowing you’re 100% worthy—without feeling the need to prove yourself. You can be who you are, not who you think you need to be.
You celebrate your achievements (even the small wins!) without immediately raising the bar, deflecting praise, or chalking your success up to luck. You own your awesomeness.
You pause in high-stress situations to notice what’s happening, name it without judgment, and respond from a place of intention, not instinct. No more 3:00 am replays.
You realize you’re human and need to rest. Maybe you even go on vacations without being physically and mentally tethered to your laptop. (GASP!)
You stop trying ALL the things to manage your stress. You’ve finally landed on what works: addressing the real issues at the root. It feels amazing to quit the search and *finally* experience lasting results.
It’s enjoyable. It’s purposeful. It’s sustainable.
Before coaching, I was operating on stress and instinct—reacting to everything, overanalyzing, and constantly second-guessing myself. I thought that was just the cost of leadership.
Working with Alison changed everything.
She didn’t hand me surface-level tools. She helped me rewire my default response to pressure. I now lead with clarity and calm, even in high-stakes situations. I trust myself more, not because I’ve become someone else, but because I’ve finally learned how to be present with who I already am.
– Noah, Senior Data Center Operations Leader, IREN Limited
What sets Alison apart is her ability to ask the right questions, to challenge my mindset, and to celebrate progress in meaningful ways (she literally had me do a happy dance!). Her expertise and encouragement have not only strengthened my leadership but have also had a positive effect on my team and the results we deliver.
I am deeply grateful for our work together and would highly recommend Alison to any leader seeking to elevate their impact.
– Sierra Holtzheuser, Vice President, Growth & Partnerships, myBlueprint
Before I started this journey, I honestly never believed that things could be different. Now, I'm no longer putting on a great show while secretly feeling crippled by stress and anxiety. I feel more grounded and balanced, and more confident in my abilities. I was able to make the changes to my career that I had long desired, landing in a new role and organization that is a better fit.
Please invest in yourself and believe that you deserve to have a better work life. It's not a sign of weakness to need help. Alison is a compassionate guide who will meet you where you are and help you learn more about yourself than you ever imagined.
– Faye Trapani, Director, Global Ads Channel Partnerships, Netflix
She is gifted in being able to pick up underlying thought and behavioral patterns that keep her clients stuck. Using her extensive skillset in somatic and neuroscience-informed tools, she is then able to help clients shift those patterns, beliefs, and behaviors at the cellular level.
Alison's work with clients has an impact, not only in their professional lives, but in their lives as a whole, sustained over time. It has been my privilege to work with Alison over four years as a colleague and mentor and get to witness firsthand the incredible change her clients have gone through as a result of their work with her.
– Rachel Rider, Former CEO/Founder of MettaWorks
I remember the moment I started to see my gut not as a liability, but as a source of data. That shift changed how I approached everything—from decisions to interviews to how I showed up in meetings. I stopped asking “What do they want to hear?” and started asking “What’s true for me?”
If you’re feeling stuck, depleted, or like something in your work no longer fits, but you don’t want to just make a move for the sake of it, Alison is exactly who you want in your corner. She’ll help you cut through the noise and reconnect with your own voice, your own wisdom. It’s not always easy work, but it’s deeply worthwhile.
– Lisa Montin, Founder & Principal Consultant, Montin AI

What makes your coaching unique?
Any professionally certified coach can support you in getting from point A to point B. But that’s just surface-level work. I'm more interested in getting to the root—exploring what prevents you from being able to do it on your own. I help you see yourself more clearly, so you can shift how you relate to the problem. That way, when similar challenges or situations arise in the future, you’ll be better equipped to face them.
What’s your view on stress?
Many people think stress is the enemy and should be avoided at all costs. I think that’s unrealistic and unnecessary. In many ways, stress can be helpful by sharpening your focus, building your resiliency, and helping you rise to different challenges. The key is to relate and respond to stress differently, so it doesn’t turn from a source of motivation to a source of overwhelm.
Will there be an actual plan to help me reach my goals, or will we just be processing?
My coaching is both deep and practical, so there will absolutely be a plan that provides you with clear action steps. This plan will be custom to YOU; we’ll collaborate on a personalized roadmap that suits you and your goals best. You’ll also have 1:1 support and accountability from me along the way.
How long will we work together?
Since my coaching is completely custom, this will depend on your unique needs. As mentioned, this work takes time, especially since we’ll be uncovering and shifting ingrained survival patterns. Typically, clients work with me for at least six months, but this can be scaled up or down as needed. After our first, complimentary discussion, I’ll provide a recommendation that suits you best.
What coaching credentials do you have?
Aside from my own lived experience as a former people pleaser and burned-out perfectionist (you can read more about that here), I’m a Professional Certified Leadership Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. Put simply, I help you tap into the intelligence of your body, not just your mind, to Do Stress Better™.
How will I know if I’m NOT the right fit for this?
We won’t be a good fit if you’re looking for a quick fix or feel like your situation will never change. Yes, my clients are struggling—that’s why they reach out to me! But they’re positive, forward-thinking professionals who take ownership of their actions. This work is for those who see themselves as active participants in shaping what comes next.
You can book a complimentary Breakthrough call to ask any questions and get a feel for my coaching style. Note: This isn’t a sales call, and there will be zero pressure. You will, however, walk away with practical tools and deep insights that you can apply right away.
