You’ve thrived in environments with relentless demands—perfecting, performing, and people-pleasing, even as imposter syndrome whispered into your ear.
Yet something inside you has shifted, and the hustle that once fueled you now depletes you. Perhaps a last-straw moment has made you realize, “I can’t keep doing this.” You’re listening to your body now, and the message is loud and clear: It’s time to slow down and find a sustainable path to success.
I help high achievers create a new definition of success. One that includes more joy, meaning, and sustainable energy.
I’ll reconnect you to your why, your values, and your sense of purpose, so you’re no longer spinning just to survive or chasing someone else’s version of success out of fear or obligation. You’re doing what truly makes YOU feel alive.
ALISON
I got good grades.
I graduated valedictorian of my high school class.
I got into my first-choice Ivy League school (Brown University) and graduated with an MBA from a top-tier program (New York University Stern School of Business).
I worked for some of the most recognizable companies in the world—including IBM and Pepsi.
Throughout the years, I battled chronic stress, anxiety attacks, and unrelenting self-doubt.
No matter what compliments or accolades I received, my imposter syndrome always showed up like an unwanted party guest. “Don’t get too comfortable!” it warned. “Any time now, they’ll figure out you’re a fraud!”
The mental exhaustion was real, and I never truly enjoyed my hard-earned success.
After decades of daily headaches, heart palpitations, and extreme fatigue, a sleep test revealed my breathing stopped 47 times an hour. This put my nervous system on constant high alert, when my body should have been resting, restoring, and recovering.
Fun Fact: The root cause was a windpipe that was one-third
the size of the average woman’s.
It was only after I addressed this deeper issue (through reconstructive jaw surgery) that I was able to rewire my body back to safety.
My husband’s overseas job at Kraft Foods was supposed to be short-term, but it led to multiple relocations within a decade: New York → Brazil → Miami → San Francisco → Philadelphia.
Our final move to Philly not only disrupted my routine, but forced me to reconsider long-held beliefs. Living away from the hustle and bustle of New York for over a decade had me questioning everything I knew about “success” and what it meant to be happy.
I knew I couldn’t completely eliminate stress, but there had to be a better way to relate and respond to it. I wanted to feel more calm and confident, no matter what was happening around me.
After realizing I couldn’t just “think” my way out of chronic overwhelm, I began learning and applying science-backed ways to work with my body and brain.
It’s the science-backed, living methodology I used to finally break free from my old stress patterns—like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning.
Because if that trauma taught me anything, it’s that Band-Aid solutions don’t work. You have to go beneath the surface to address the deeper issues.
Alison creates a supportive and safe space for honest introspection.
At the end of a session, I feel more confident to address the difficult work I came into the session worried about—and then some.
Our work may help me address the problem at hand, but more importantly, it’s helping me gain perspectives, confidence, and approaches for future situations. I am much more confident because I'm putting myself into the equation—pausing and really listening to what my mind and body are trying to tell me, so that I can lead from a healthy and purposeful place.
